Biography: A commercial developer for over 40 years, starting in Omaha with the Mid-America and Embassy Plazas. In 1970, he came to Colorado where he developed the 660-acre Greenwood Plaza office park located in the heart of Greenwood Village. His creativity in architectural design and landscape architecture shows in all aspects of his developments. He founded the Museum of Outdoor Art in 1981, established Fiddler's Green in 1988 and opened the Madden Museum of Art in 2008.
